So... just as an understanding...whenever Kyler thinks of something somewhat outloud, it happen in reality...even if it is an uncomplete thought such as shown above.

This skit isn't entirely plot accurate any more (Booker isn't that easy to 'modify', for one) but certainly, if Kyler dwells on something consciously for too long, it ends up happening in reality.
